RACE RACE

Premiered at teatro Vascello, Rome, 2013.

Piece commissioned by Balletto di Roma.

By engaing with the double meaning of the word race, the work questions the notion of identity, competition and sense of belonging witin a community. By reflecting on how as human beings we operate within a community, through the exploration of encountering the other, the piece offers an emotional landscape of possibilities.
